Short-term (3 months)

  • Commercial: Convert 50 users to paying customers and achieve £20k MRR

  • Business development: Set up continuous lead generation in Europe & Americas

  • Customer success: Manually help customers get value from the platform with personal demos, hand-held onboarding and support, and converting them to paying.

  • Product: No new features to keep it stable and reliable, except integrations with new job boards and CRMs. Write down and rate user wishes.

Medium-term (12 months)

  • Grow MRR 5-10% per week

  • Automate onboarding and conversion

  • Implement most wanted features
