What we do

SignalsAPI identifies companies with active demand for specific agency services and automatically delivers highly qualified, high-intent leads directly into your CRM at the right moment—when they're ready to buy.

Position in the value chain

SignalsAPI is a part of user's sales process, which commonly looks like this:

  1. Identify intent

  2. Enrich with company data

  3. Pre-qualify / filter

  4. Enrich with decision-maker data

  5. Personalize outreach

  6. Reach out

  7. Get interested response

  8. Book a sales meeting

SignalsAPI covers steps 1 through 5 -- we start with identifying intent, and end with rich qualified data for reaching out:

  1. Intent signal -- what are they looking for, when and where, e.g. looking for Senior Python Developer in the US.

  2. Company data -- name, industry, size, geography, products, interests etc, e.g. we can identify if company is a service company or a product company.

  3. Filtered -- we filter out their competitors, too large, too small, wrong industry, wrong geography etc.

  4. Decision-maker data -- names, job titles, emails, social media profile links, phone numbers of people responsible for making buying decisions for relevant services in the company, e.g. Head of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer for marketing services.

  5. Personalization -- we use AI to get the data in format usable in outreach templates, e.g. if a user has an email outreach template like "Hey, I saw you were looking for a Senior Python Developer..." we are putting the "Senior Python Developer" part there, so the email is customized.
