The full 25% of the newly generated revenue from your efforts becomes your dedicated marketing budget, covering all your costs—salary, commissions, and expenses related to new hires or tools.
If your strategy requires no upfront investment (self-driven tactics), you keep the entirety of your revenue share.
Any investments in tools or team expansion must come directly from this allocated revenue.
Demonstrating Early Traction
Your primary goal initially is generating qualified product demos. Given our established demo-to-paying customer conversion rate, successfully generating demos is effectively equivalent to generating revenue.
You should be capable of securing initial demos quickly and without relying on immediate marketing expenditures.
